2 Fans Almost Change Course Of AL Division Series For Tigers
DETROIT (WWJ) – There was plenty of nerves and then jubilation at Comerica Park Tuesday night after the Tigers game four win.
And there was a moment for the ages, when two fans reached out to try to reel in Victor Martinez's disputed home run — and got a piece of the ball as it seemed to hover over the glove of A's outfielder Josh Reddick.
That means local chef and a long-time season ticket holder, John Bendzinski, 49, of Macomb almost changed the course
of Game 4 for the Tigers.
