1 Dead, 1 Hurt After Gunman Shoots Men Outside San Jose Home
SAN JOSE (CBS SF/AP) -- San Jose police are asking for the public's help in finding a gunman who fatally shot one man and wounded another as they were drinking beer outside a home around 11 p.m. Friday.
Police say one of the victims, a 44-year-old man, was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital.
The second victim was a 55-year-old man. Police have not released their names, or of the condition of the man who survived the shooting.
The San Jose Mercury News reports that the shooting is San Jose's 25th homicide of the year.
Police Sgt. Jason Dwyer told the newspaper that investigators have not determined a motive for the shooting.
