Suspected serial killer to be arraigned in Sacramento court Wednesday
Thirty-five-year-old Kabeh Cummings was extradited back to Sacramento Friday. He is accused of raping two women in Sacramento and another woman several years later in Sacramento County. He will appear in court Wednesday at 3 p.m. He faces 180 years to life in prison.
