Ex-aide to Gov. Newsom accused of stealing money from dormant political campaign, prosecutors say

Dana Williamson, Gov. Gavin Newsom's former chief of staff, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit fraud and obstruct justice, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
