Body of swimmer missing in Sacramento River near Rio Vista found
On Wednesday, 20-year-old Carlos Estevez of Oakland was swimming with family and friends in the Sandy Beach area when he disappeared. Several public agencies had searched for Estevez. Family members have positively identified the body recovered south of Sandy Beach.
