The car and the bodies of the victims were found on the outskirts of the city of Celaya, which has seen a spate of drug cartel violence in recent years.

Officials in the Cortazar municipality in Guanajuato state said that gunmen invaded the resort and opened fire.
At one point, the two survivors said the cartel tried to make them have sex.
Monica de Leon Barba, 29, was last seen walking her dog home from work in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, authorities said.
The state prosecutor said there was enough evidence to identify about half of the people found in the two graves.
