The pivotal game between the 49ers and Seahawks will be without a few key players. As a whole though, both teams are relatively healthy and have to be pleased heading into this important rematch.
After catching his 50th touchdown as a 49er last Sunday, Vernon Davis finally got some recognition. While nobody who follows the team doubts his talent, in his 8 years as a 49er he has been named to only one Pro Bowl, and more times than not is left out of the conversation as the best tight end in the NFL. For the past two weeks the 49ers offense, specifically the passing game, has been stuck in neutral. On Monday Night it kicked it into gear and with another lights out performance by the defense, San Francisco earned their 7th win of the year.
