Yolo County Officials Searching For Dog That Bit UC Davis Student

DAVIS (CBS13) – The Yolo County officials are trying to find a dog that bit a UC Davis student in the hopes of preventing her from having to get rabies shots.

The 21-year-old student was bitten on March 10 as she tried to pet a dog that was tied up at the Arboretum on campus.

The dog is described as a 50 pound, dark brown male Terrier.

Officers are trying to locate the dog to see if its rabies vaccine is current.
