Hour 1

In the first hour of the Lo-Down the guys are downtown for the Sleep Train Toy Drive. They start the show talking about last night's Thursday Night Football game with the LA Rams and the Seattle Seahawks. They also talked about how the NFL is going to look at how to improve or get rid of the Thursday Night Football. Hour 2

In the second hour of the show the guys start with "Three The Hard Way." Next, the guys talk some NBA and talk about last night's games. Hour 3

In the final hour of the Lo-Down the guys started with their "Friday Five" where they tell you what to watch for this sports weekend.
