The Don Geronimo Show - February 7, 2012

Today, Don starts with the passing of Janet's twin sister, Kris, and her funeral later this morning. Don tells us that he and Janet are grateful for all the condolences and prayers, and asks that you keep Janet's family in your thoughts. Don then tells us about his visit to UCD Med Center to have his one kidney checked out, and the doctor who is a fan of his. We also hear about the doctor who told Don that his brother was an "exeperimental dentist," and could help Dave with his snaggled teeth. After Don talks about seeing Dave on the news last night talking about the Kings, and the rumor that they may go to Seattle. We then hear a clip of Gisele Bundchen yelling at hecklers at the airport, and Dave gives us a recap of his pursuit of his stolen golf bag, which should have closure later today. We then hear about a very twisted rejected Super Bowl ad for Durex condoms, which leads Dave to come up with a condom ad of his own.

Don then calls in Billy and Ron, who will be going to Loehmann's Plaza in Sacramento to give away more Kings tickets. After the two leave, Don tells us about the email Little Joe received from Dennis Hof, owner of the Bunny Ranch in Reno. Hof says he wants to fly out a member of this station to the Bunny Ranch to spend the night with one of his hookers. Don and the guys debate who should go. After Don gets serious again and talks about the funeral of Janet's sister Kris, we hear about a former intern of President JFK who claims she had an affair with the President, and has written a book about it.

Billy then calls in from Loehmann's Plaza and Don talks to the lucky listeners who will be joining us at the Kings game Thursday night. We then hear a clip from the New York Giants' postgame flight, and a Patriots fan who was hysterical after the Super Bowl, before a redneck calls in for tickets who the guys make fun of for about 20 minutes!
Don then plays the Clint Eastwood Chrysler commercial that aired during the Super Bowl, and the guys do their best Eastwood impersonations. Don then tells us the top Super Bowl ads that got the highest amount of social media responses, and that 11% of people say they've had office sex. The guys then wonder who at this station have fornicated with each other on the premises.

After hearing hearing a reporter lose it over a cockfighting story, it's time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom talks about Madonna announcing world tour dates, the return of NBC's "The Voice," and the revamping of the NBA's Rookie Challenge. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
