Stockton Officer Killed In Hit-And-Run Collision
ESCALON (CBS13) -- Stockton Police officer Justin Kepler has been killed in a hit-and-run collision that occurred Saturday evening in Escalon.
The officer was off duty when his motorcycle was hit in Brennan Road.
