Stockton Man Arrested For Stalking Teenage Girl
STOCKTON (CBS13) - A Stockton man is under arrest accused of stalking a young girl for two weeks and propositioning her.
Stockton police say the man was in his car when he approached the 13-year old female victim while the victim was walking home from school and asked her to get into his car. She went home and reported the incident. The suspect had allegedly propositioned her multiple times over the past two weeks.
After an in-depth investigation police found the suspect, Armando Cedillo, 43, was also stalking the girl. Police arrested Cedillo at his workplace. He faces charges of stalking and annoying a child.
