South Sacramento Murder Suspect Arrested
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- A suspect in a weekend shooting outside a bar on Fruitridge Road has been arrested, Sacramento police announced Wednesday.
Oscar Gaspar, 21, is in custody for the murder of 26-year-old Jesus Garcia, whom place found outside a bar in the 6800 block of Fruitridge early Sunday morning suffering from multiple gunshots wounds. Garcia was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Gaspar was taken into custody without incident on Tuesday at Stockton Boulevard and Fruitridge Road.
