Sledge Hammer-Wielding Thieves Steal Grocery Cart Full Of Booze
SOUTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The search is on for the sledge hammer-wielding thieves who smashed in a grocery store door and took a grocery cart full of booze.
Around 2:00 Wednesday morning, employees at the Raley's store on Mack Road and Rranklin Boulevard were working in the back when they heard a noise.
When they went to investigate, they saw two men smash through the front window of the store and fill a grocery cart with alcohol.
The thieves left behind a sledge hammer but got away with the booze.
No one was hurt.
The suspects are still missing.
