Man found dead in waterway near Stockton, suspicious death investigation underway
A suspicious death investigation is underway near Stockton after a man was found dead in a waterway, authorities said.
On Monday night, deputies with the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office responded to N. Rio Blanco Road, south of Eight Mile Road.
That's where deputies said they located a man dead near the shoreline. His identification has not been released.
No other information was released.
