Sacramento County Deputy Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen For Years
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A Sacramento County Sheriff's deputy is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting a boy for several years.
After nearly 24 years on the job arresting criminals, Donald Black is now the one under arrest.
Black was placed in custody at his own sheriff's substation by deputies from Nevada County. He's accused of molesting at least one boy.
That victim is now 21 years old, but he only recently came forward, claiming Black had been molesting him since he was around 14 years old.
While investigators in Nevada County say they are checking for other possible victims, CBS13 has uncovered Black has had his share of problems on the job.
In a lawsuit obtained by CBS13, Black was demoted and suspended for alleged misconduct on the job at the Sacramento County Jail.
