RECALL: 10,000 Cases Of Eggo Waffles May Carry Listeria Risk

Kellogg's announced it's recalling 10,000 cases of Eggo Nutri-Grain whole wheat waffles over Listeria concerns.
Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal injuries in children and the elderly. Symptoms can include a high fever, severe headache, nausea and stillbirths in pregnant women.
No illnesses have been reported.
