Pregnant Woman Wounded, Unborn Baby Dies In LA Shooting
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Police say a pregnant woman was critically wounded and her unborn baby died in a shooting in South Los Angeles.
Officer Liliana Preciado says the woman was hit by gunfire around 1:40 a.m. Thursday on a residential block.
She was listed in critical condition after surgery.
Authorities have not released information about a possible motive or suspects.
