Police Warn About Man Chasing Women In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Police are warning the community about a man who has been seen chasing women.
Police are cautioning the public about 46-year-old Albert Toon who was arrested on Wednesday evening near 60th and M Streets after he reportedly chased women.
Police arrived and found Toon lying in the middle of the street. After investigating, they believe Toon chased one woman down the street until she was able to get into her car.
Police believe he also chased a second female, likely a minor. She is being encouraged to contact police.
Toon was taken into custody, charged with resisting arrest and annoying a child. However, he was released from custody because the charges against him were misdemeanors.
Police are now cautioning the community about his behavior.
Toon is described as a white male, 5-foot-7 and weighs 180 pounds.
