UPDATE: Developmentally Disabled Man Found Safe
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento Police say a developmentally disabled man who was reported missing has been found safe.
John Saechao was last seen walking away from his home on the 3900 block of Dry Creek around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon. He was found safe around 10 a.m., Friday in the area of Manzanita Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard.
