Developmentally Delayed Woman Missing In Elk Grove Found Safe
ELK GROVE (CBS13) - An Elk Grove woman who is developmentally delayed has been found safe.
Candice Schnack was last seen around 4 p.m. at her home in the 9500 block of Hollow Creek Way, according to a statement from Elk Grove Police.
