Police: Men In SUV Pull Up To Stockton Girl, Ask Her To Get Inside

STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police in Stockton are investigating a possible kidnapping attempt on Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened along the 10000 block of Trinity Parkway. According to the Stockton Police Department, a girl was walking home from school when, a little before 5 p.m., a black SUV pulled up to her.

Two men were inside the SUV. The passenger reportedly asked her to get inside - asking her multiple times, the girl says.

The girl was able to run into a nearby business where she then called her parents.

Police are still searching for the suspects. Notably, the driver of the SUV was described as a man in his 60s had a grey beard and was wearing a fedora-style hat, along with a yellow and beige jacket.
