Modesto Officer Chasing Suspect Crashes Into Building
MODESTO (CBS13) - A police chase ended with a patrol car crashing into a building early Wednesday morning.
An officer was trying to stop a vehicle around 4 a.m. near La Loma Avenue and Burney Street, but the driver wouldn't pull over.
Police say an officer assisting the pursuit crashed into a building near the intersection of Burney and G Streets.
The suspect got away.
Police say the officer is expected to be OK.
