Man Accused Of Fatal DUI In Crash That Killed CDCR Worker Who Stopped To Direct Traffic
A man has been arrested in the death of a motorcyclist who was trying to direct traffic around an accident.
Matthew Luke, 25, was arrested on Thursday for homicide, felony driving under the influence, and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
Luke is alleged to have hit Anthony Gentile, 41, a CDCR employee who had stopped to direct traffic around an accident he wasn't involved in.
Luke was found to have a .05 percent BAC three hours after the crash and was on probation for a previous DUI.
