Law Enforcement Bans Booze at 2016 Rafting Gone Wild
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- An alcohol ban was put in place for this year's "Rafting Gone Wild" event. Two were arrested for public intoxication and the organizer of the event faces charges for not acquiring the proper permits.
