All lanes now open on I-80 at Elm Street after jackknifed big rig caused closure
AUBURN -- Westbound lanes on I-80 are back open after a jackknifed big rig caused lane closures.
According to Caltrans, all westbound lanes on I-80 at Elm Avenue in Auburn were blocked.
