Hundreds In El Dorado County Without Water After Repair To Broken Main Does Not Hold
EL DORADO COUNTY (CBS13) - Water is leaking again in an El Dorado County neighborhood after a fix to a broken water main break did not hold.
Crews now have to excavate a trench they backfilled overnight where the 24-inch water main first burst Monday morning.
About 500 customers had water cut off while crews repaired the break. Thousands more experienced loss of water pressure.
