Flags To Be Flown At Half-Staff Memorial Day
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Governor Jerry Brown ordered flags at all state buildings to be flown at half-staff on Monday for Memorial Day.
The Governor issued a proclamation Friday.
He also ask that all Californians observe the National Moment of Remembrance and pause at 3 pm for a moment of silence to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
