Father Arrested After Allegedly Running Across I-5 With Child
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A father is behind bars after he ran across the freeway with his son.
Jeffrey Kuykendall, 43, was arrested after police say he ran across Interstate 5 to the center divider with his 7-year-old son. He waited for a break in traffic and ran across to the other side.
The child has been taken into protective custody.
