Fatal Hit-And-Run Collision Near Power Inn Road And Butte Road
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Early Sunday morning officers responded to a fatal hit-and-run collision near Power Inn Road and Butte Road.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the pedestrian lying in the road with serious injuries.
"Officers attempted to perform life-saving measures, but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding personnel from the Sacramento Fire Department. The involved vehicle fled the scene after the collision," said the Sacramento Police Department.
