Facebook Picture Sends Yuba County Woman To Prison For 12 Years
YUBA COUNTY (CBS13) - A Yuba County woman has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for posting a picture on Facebook.
Prosecutors say Amy Butler violated her probation when she posted a picture of herself holding a handgun.
Butler's probation was set to end in 2014, instead she's going to prison for her part in a failed marijuana robbery that led to the shooting of two men in 2005.
