A Carmichael viewer says his internet company left an eyesore outside his house. After trying for months to get it fixed, it was time to call Kurtis to investigate.

With hundreds of dollars in cable and streaming services, Tony Cosentino says someone ran over the Comcast pedestal in his front yard back in October. But after many calls and two trips to the local Xfinity office, he says that no one would fix it. But after returning from the store:

"I came home, ran into my wife, and she says 'Call Kurtis!'" he told CBS13.

So he did, and the station reached out to Comcast.

"Less than an hour later, Comcast showed up at my front door and made the repair," he said.

CBS13 asked Comcast why it took so long to get Tony's problem fixed, but a spokesperson didn't answer that. But explained it "was not an experience we ever want a customer to go through... once we were aware of it, we had it resolved in extremely short order."

Tony says he's happy it finally got resolved, but the situation left a lot to be desired.

"I don't think waiting three or four months for service is acceptable," he said.
