Brothers Wanted For Fatal Stabbing In Stockton

8:30 p.m. update: Police say Joseph Castro has turned himself in. His brother Salvador Castro is still on the run.

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police are on the hunt for two brothers wanted for a deadly stabbing.

The incident happened Saturday just after 8:30 p.m. Stockton Police say a 34-year-old man was at a home along the 2300 block of Alma Avenue when he was confronted by the two brothers – 19-year-old Salvador Alex Castro and 23-year-old Joseph Anthony Castro.

At some point during the confrontation, the man was fatally stabbed.

Police say the Castro brothers left in an early-2000s dark blue Chevy Silverado extended cab. Investigators believe the incident is gang related.
