Body Pulled From Sacramento River During Search For Missing Swimmer
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Authorities have recovered a body from the Sacramento River Saturday afternoon.
Search crews have been out since just before noon looking for a 16-year-old swimmer who went under water and never resurfaced near Discovery Park.
The Sacramento Fire Department announced around 3 p.m. that DART had recovered a body matching the description of the missing teen.
The teen's identity has not been released.
