Whole Foods is one of the best places to go for bread and pasta selections that are gluten free! It's the thing that I missed the most when going gf…. Udi's is one of my personal favorites that Whole Foods carries…. They have loaves of bread, bagels, pizza crust, you name it. Also, they have a huge selection of spelt and rice pasta to choose from. And, if you choose wisely you can sample your way to a whole meal!

Can be a little more expensive, but there is still a lot to choose from, and if you get to the right bakery you can even get some specialty breads made gluten free!! (HINT, make friends at the bakery counter!!). Also, gourmet sauces and other yummy treats… management is super super helpful, just ask them to point you in the right direction.
PF Chang's China Bistro

Ok, I saved the best for last. If you are living a gluten free lifestyle, or even if you are not, PF Changs has the most amazing gluten free menu. And best of all, you DON'T HAVE TO COOK IT!! Located on the back of the menu is a complete gluten free menu. Might I recommend the lemon chicken, the beef with broccoli, or the mongolian beef. All of it is good, but I have to say those are my favorites. And if you are craving noodles and don't know where to get them… they have rice noodles on the menu that are YUMM-MEE!!
See? Being gluten free doesn't have to be impossible… you just need to know where to look to find easy and often hidden treasures!! GOOD EATING!!
