Arkansas Parental Kidnapping Suspect Caught In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – An Arkansas man accused of kidnapping his children has been caught in Sacramento.
Aaron Young, 24, was taken into custody at a home in south Sacramento Tuesday night. He's accused of taking his 6-year-old twin children from a family member last week.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department says the children were found safe and were taken into protective custody.
Their mother died recently and young does not have custody of the children, but he told an Arkansas news station the children are happy with him.
Young was booked into the Sacramento County Jail where he awaits an extradition hearing.
