4 Deputies Injured In Tracy High-Speed Chase
TRACY (CBS13) - Four deputies are recovering after a suspect lead them on a high-speed chase through San Joaquin County overnight.
Officials say it started as a carjacking investigation in Tracy, and that's when the suspect took off.
Deputies say another driver -- seeing police lights -- suddenly stopped on French Camp Road where the chase ended, triggering a multi-vehicle collision.
That driver and the deputies have been released from a local hospital.
The suspect is now behind bars.
