3 Arrested After Pellet Gun Pointed At Manteca Officer
MANTECA (CBS13) - Three people are facing charges after Manteca police say they pointed a pellet gun at an off-duty officer.
Investigators say the officer was driving home from work when 19-year-old Eduardo Aguilar pointed the weapon at him.
The officer thought it was a real handgun and reported the incident to dispatchers.
Aguilar and two juveniles were soon taken into custody.
