Chef Anthony's Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup

Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup For Your Stove


  • 8 chicken thighs seasoned
  • 1 bu whole carrots split in half
  • 1 stalk celery cleaned and halved
  • 3 leeks cleaned and halved
  • 2 whole onions halved
  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 6 eggs
  • 1lb flour
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pasta dough recipe


First prep all vegetable season with olive oil salt and pepper. Place face side down to char.

Next repeat the same process with the chicken cooking until an internal temp of 165 degrees.

Next let all ingredients cool in stock pot, add broth to reinforce the flavors.

Dice all ingredients and return back to boiling stock.

Next roll out pasta dough and cut shapes or 4 inch noodles place directly into boiling soup to cook.

Should take 3 to 5 minutes this will thicken the soup up and increase the flavor.
