Recreational fishermen in Grand Isle, Louisiana, spike a catch of red fish from waters reopened to them. Behind them, boom floats along the dock to keep oil away. Fisherman can often be found casting their rods not far from plenty of oil blobs and muck that remains along shorelines, in marshlands and in the subsurface.
