Fla. mom accused of drinking at bar with kids in car

Cheryn Scaggs, 30, was arrested in the early hours of March 4, 2013 on charges of child neglect after allegedly leaving her two childern, ages 1 and 4, alone in a car in freezing temperatures while she drank at a bar for a at least two hours, CBS affiliate WKMG reports. The car was not running and it was 30 degrees outside, according to officials, who confirmed the girls were checked out and found to be okay.
