David and Mindi Rice, both 29, took part in a threeway under the influence of prescription drugs with a 24-year-old female friend on Aug. 29, 2012 at their Zephyrhills home. The following morning Mindi Rice said she awoke to her husband attempting to have sex again with the woman, prompting her to pull a gun on them. The couple was thrown into Pasco County jail on charges of aggravated assault. In addition, David Rice was charged with obstructing officers and is expected to be in court Tuesday on other charges of grand theft, burglary and possession of oxycodone.
