You might not think women would want to look like Lindsay Lohan going into court. But they apparently do.
After she showed up in this dress going into the LAX Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles on Feb. 9. to be arraigned on a felony grand theft charge, the dress she was wearing sold out at retailers.
But this, according to Szish isn't anything new. Many women, she said, follow celebrities' styles and want to wear them themselves. Now, websites and designers are creating a bridge to celeb style that never existed.
Kate Middleton's dress became a sought-after item following the publication of the couple's engagement photos in November, 2010. The 2-year-old dress by Reiss, Szish said, became so popular online that the company decided to re-issue it.
