Actress Lindsay Lohan is out of the Betty Ford Clinic -- and back in the headlines. According to TMZ.com, since her release from rehab, she's surrounding herself with sober people, including a woman she met in rehab that she's letting stay with her rent-free.

Guns Found on Bed of Boy Charged in Mom's Death — Holmes County Sheriff's Department

Deborah McVay, 46, was found dead of a single gunshot wound to the head Sunday night in Big Prairie, located about midway between Cleveland and Columbus, said Holmes County Sheriff Tim Zimmerly. Paramedics found McVay lying facedown on her living room floor, and she was pronounced dead at the scene, Zimmerly said.

Authorities went to the home after a neighbor called a sheriff's dispatcher to say McVay's son had come to her home and said he had just shot his mother.

Williams shot to fame recently over the discovery of his voice. He received several offers for voice work and reunited with his 92-year-old mother.

Ninety-year-old Julia Williams of Brooklyn, N.Y., told Chris Wragge on "The Early Show" that "God has answered my prayer. I prayed that I would live to see this time when he would do well."
