Police take up positions behind a vehicle Friday, April 3, 2009, in Binghamton, N.Y. Binghamton Police Chief Joseph Zikuski says 14 people, including the suspected gunman, were killed in a shooting at an immigrant services center. Four other people are in critical condition.
Request Denied
