Paul McCartney and American heiress Nancy Shevell married on Oct. 9, 2011, exchanging vows in an afternoon civil ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London. Shevell, 51, wore a long-sleeved, v-neck, knee-length ivory dress with a flower in her hair, and McCartney, 69, wore a navy suit, both by his daughter Stella McCartney. Rocker Gene Simmons and his longtime girlfriend, actress Shannon Tweed, finally tied the knot in 2011. About 400 guests attended the evening ceremony on Oct. 1, 2011, outside a Beverly Hills hotel, according to People. Among the guests were Simmons' fellow KISS members, Hugh Hefner and Bill Maher. Simmons and Tweed had been dating for 28 years before getting engaged in August. They have two children together.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo became husband and wife in 2011. The couple tied the knot on July 18, 2011, in a surprise ceremony at a tropical island in front of 35 friends and family, People reports. "For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that's to start a family together," Minnillo told the magazine. The couple, who got engaged last November, had cameras around to document their nuptials for a TLC special called, "Nick & Vanessa's Dream Wedding," which aired on July 30, 2011. It was the first marriage for Minnillo and the second for Lachey, who was previously married to Jessica Simpson.

Canadian crooner Michael Buble is now a married man. The Grammy-winning singer wed Argentine TV actress Luisana Lopilato in a civil ceremony on March 31, 2011. After tying the knot in downtown Buenos Aires, Argentina, the couple posed for a mob of fans. She wore a lilac chiffon dress with silver high heels, and Buble wore a sharp gray suit as he leaned down for a smooch. The couple later had a full ceremony with hundreds of guests.
