We've done the math for 13 familiar activities - including sex and more sex - so just sick back, click and learn. (that's 130 calories per hour by the way).
We got out the calculators and worked the numbers based on the average American weight: 191 pounds for men and 165 pounds for women.
Archery

The costume, by the way, doesn't help burn any calories. Probably won't help you make friends at the mall either.
Kissing

Smooching is fun, but if you want to burn off that lunch, you'll be at it a while: 324 minutes for a man and 376 for the ladies.
Mowing Lawn

You'll be pushing the mower for an hour if you're a man, 69 minutes if you're a woman. Don't forget the sunscreen.
Badminton

Badminton, the official sport of socks that creep far too high up the legs, is actually a pretty good way to burn off that lunch. Men, 72 minutes worth will keep you trim. Women, 83 minutes should do the trick.
Washing the Car

Curling

If you're anything like Thomas Ulsrud, Norway's Olympic curling great, you probably hit the ice after lunch, don't you. Men, only 81 minutes of America's slowest growing sport will make lunch vanish. Women, don't hang up the skates until the clock hits 91 minutes.
Darts

Sex

Playing Piano

Scrubbing Floor

Hacky Sack
