Moisture is present in all homes, and one of the most common forms of moisture you may find in your home is condensation.
Condensation is water that forms when warm, moist air hits a cooler surface — like what happens when you take a cold can of soda and set it on the counter for a few minutes. In homes, it might occur on surfaces such as windows, bathroom walls and cold-water pipes.
