Several Injured After Trolley And SUV Collide
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Four people have been taken to the hospital after an SUV and a trolley collided on Thursday afternoon.
The accident took place at 9th and Girard shortly after 3:00 p.m. Officials say that two people on the trolley were treated for non-life threatening injuries. They add that the operator of the trolley was not injured.
Authorities say three people were taken to Jefferson University Hospital. There condition is unknown at this time.
Officials say that the SUV driver was a 62-year-old male who was taken to Hahnemann Hospital in stable condition.
