Will sick Ryan Seacrest still host "American Idol" tonight?
(CBS News) Ryan Seacrest almost missed "American Idol" for the first time in the show's 11-season run.
According to TMZ, the show's host is fighting "a bad stomach bug" and was throwing up all last night and today.

The show's executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe, reportedly stepped in for Seacrest during the shows dress rehearsal this afternoon.
But Seacrest, according to TMZ, is going to try to host tonight, regardless. "American Idol's" results show airs tonight on Fox at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
